William S. Shipley

CHAIRMAN, SHIPLEY GROUP

An ex officio member of the Board of Trustees, William Shipley is the governor’s non-voting representative. He earned his B.A. in History from Emory University in 1978 and his MBA from Penn State in 1980. He is the chairman of York, Pennsylvania-based Shipley Energy, where he has worked since 1982.
