The Board of Trustees conducts its official business in accordance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.

The Board’s Rules and Regulations for the Conduct of Public Meetings of the Board of Trustees, its Standing Committees, and its Special Committees outline how the Board and its committees conduct public meetings in accordance with applicable law, including requirements for public notice, media access, agendas, voting, minutes, public comment, and the limited use of executive, conference, and working sessions consistent with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Law.
