Anand R. Ganjam

Strategy & Consulting Senior Manager, Accenture

By virtue of his position as immediate past president of the Penn State Alumni Association, Anand Ganjam assumed a seat on the Board of Trustees on July 1, 2025. Ganjam earned a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business in 2015. As a strategy and consulting senior manager at Accenture, he helps Fortune 500 companies lead change, build talent, and create engaging employee experiences.

He has served on multiple University boards and committees, including the Financial Literacy Advisory Board and the Student Affairs & Undergraduate Education Development Committee. He is also a mentor with the Alumni Association’s FastStart Program and remains actively involved with the UPUA Alumni Interest Group.
