Karen H. Quintos

RETIRED, CHIEF CUSTOMER AND MARKETING OFFICER, DELL TECHNOLOGIES

Karen Quintos was elected to the Board of Trustees effective July 1, 2023, representing Business and Industry.  She earned a B.S. in Supply Chain from Penn State University, and an MBA in Marketing/International Business from New York University.  She is the retired Chief Customer and Marketing Officer for Dell Technologies where she also served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, as well as vice president of public sector marketing and North America Commercial. Prior to her work with Dell, Quintos worked with Citigroup as vice president of global operations and technology, and she spent 12 years with Merck in marketing, operations and supply chain leadership positions. She also serves on the board of directors of Cummins and Lennox International, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and Translational Genomics Research. Karen currently chairs the Smeal Board of Visitors and is a 2014 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Smeal College of Business.
