Evan Myers was appointed to the Board of Trustees by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro effective April 2023. Myers earned his B.S. in Meteorology from Penn State in 1971. He is the Senior Vice President of AccuWeather, Inc., an American media company that provides commercial weather forecasting services worldwide. He also is a board member of the Examination, the Democratic Jewish Outreach of Pennsylvania, and C-NET, the public access channel. He served two terms on State College Borough Council, including time as Council President.
