Russell C. Redding

Secretary, Department of Agriculture

An ex officio member of the Board of Trustees, Russell Redding was appointed in January 2015 to serve as secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. He received a B.S. in Agricultural Education from Penn State in 1982 and an M.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education in 1999. He also is a 2005 graduate of the Penn State Agribusiness Executive Program and was given the title of Alumni Fellow of the Penn State Alumni Association in October 2015.
