A meeting of the Subcommittee on Compensation will be held via conference call on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern).  The purpose of this meeting is noted below.  Public may join via the Microsoft Livestream by clicking here. Due to an administrative oversight, the agenda for the August 3, 2022 meeting of the Subcommittee on Compensation was not posted to the Board’s website in advance of the meeting.   This will be addressed by asking the Subcommittee to ratify the action taken at that meeting at its next public meeting.   Steps have been taken to assure that meeting agendas are published with respect to future meetings of the Board and its committees and subcommittees, as required by law.
